  • All parrots and listings shown are subject to availability.
  • Some parrots may be marked as Available, Reserved, or Sold.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the home environment is not suitable (responsible matching).

3) Payments

  • Pricing on the site is displayed for reference and may change.
  • Payment methods (cash, transfer, card, etc.) will be confirmed during ordering.
  • If a deposit is required, it will be communicated clearly before reservation.
We will message you through the email you provide at checkout for final payments.

4) Delivery / Pickup

  • Delivery options depend on location and safe handling requirements.
  • Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.
  • We prioritize safe transport methods and minimal stress for birds.

5) Health & Welfare

Parrots are living animals with individual needs. We encourage veterinary consultation and responsible care.

  • We encourage owners to provide proper diet, enrichment, and medical attention.
  • We do not guarantee speech or behavior outcomes (talking, bonding, temperament).
  • Training and bonding require time and consistency from the owner.

6) Returns / Refunds

Refund and return policies for live animals should be handled carefully and legally. Replace with your official policy later.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the agreement.
  • Any dispute should be reported immediately.
  • Special cases may be handled at our discretion.

7) Responsible Ownership

By purchasing or adopting a parrot, you acknowledge that parrots require long-term commitment, daily interaction, and appropriate living conditions.

  • Provide proper housing (cage size, perches, safe placement).
  • Provide enrichment (toys, foraging, social time).
  • Maintain a safe environment (avoid toxic fumes, unsafe foods, hazards).
  • Commit to ongoing care for the bird’s lifespan.
We reserve the right to decline a sale if we believe the owner is unprepared .

8) Privacy

We may collect contact information submitted through forms (name, phone, email) for communication purposes. Replace with your final privacy policy later.

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We use information only to respond to enquiries .
